The digestive system is used for getting things that your body needs that is contained in food that you eat. Your digestive system is something in your body. The digestive system includes more than one thing. It consists of the mouth, epiglottis, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, pancreas, and the butt. The digestive system is one of the more important things that the human body. If you didn’t have your digestive system, you wouldn’t be able to get the protein that you need and then you will get weaker. You wouldn't be able to get certain things that your body really needs like energy. You couldn't get the right amount of fat to keep you warm. Overall, if you didn't have a digestive system you would die pretty quickly. Some really good foods that you can eat to help your digestive system digest food is to eat yogurt. Another food that helps your digestive system is ginger. Some more foods that help you digest food is fish oil, peppermint, beans, and some sauerkraut.
